HISTORY: In 1984, Bill and Betsy Bailes started Bill's Tractor on a 50 acre farm on the East side of San
Antonio.

From this humble beginning the business grew slowly. With the help of several valued employees it has
become one of the larger tractor and implement dealerships in the Texas. This has been done by taking care
of the customer and providing equipment at a fair price.

As of 2000 there were 11 trained employees providing quality service and warranty on all of the tractors and
equipment sold.

In 2001 we became the largest seller of Mahindra Tractors in the USA. We sold over 460 New Mahindra
Tractors.

2002 was even better with sales of 700 for the year. 700 new MAHINDRA TRACTOR units in one year,
unheard of with any brand of tractor in the USA. Must have the BEST product, price & service around!

2003, we opened a branch Mahindra Dealership in the Corpus Christi Area,

2003, we opened a secure ONLINE STORE for you to purchase Mahindra Parts.

In 2004 we opened a branch location in Liberty Hill, Bill's Tractor, Liberty Hill, Ltd.. Russell Denkeler was
hired as the store manager. Russ has long term experience in selling farm equipment and taking care of
the customer.

2005, This is a record setting year in Liberty Hill with 125 Mahindra Tractors sold in the first full year of
operation. Plans are in operation for the building of a new parts & service center in Liberty Hill.

2008, We completed a new building for a service and parts facility in Liberty Hill.

This makes a total off four locations plus the master store in San Antonio and we are looking to serve you
at any of these locations.!
